About Us

The Auckland Chapter of HOG was formed in 1990 and now has a membership of around 300. The Auckland Chapter holds regular monthly meeting nights along with monthly rides and informal Saturday rides most Saturdays.

The Auckland HOG Chapter hold monthly meetings on the 4th Monday of the month at Manukau Cruising Club, Orpheus Drive, Onehunga, Auckland. The meeting starts at 6:30pm and there is a meal available at the Club Rooms for $15.00 a head.

Every Saturday afternoon we have a ride that leaves from our dealer Auckland Motorcycles and Powersports in Khyber Pass, Newmarket at 1:45pm. These ride are usually 2 to 3 hours in duration and stop off for coffee on the way.

Once a month we have our Chapter ride on the Sunday before our Chapter night. This ride leaves in the morning and is around 4 to 5 hours in duration, stopping for lunch and fuel on the way.

We publish a Magazine online that has reports on rides and up coming events listed.

The chapter run many other events from Ride Right Ride Safe courses with BRONZ, Christmas Picnics, Hard Arse rides (over 700km in a day), Annual Poker run for MDA.

We are looking foward to hosting the 2013 New Zealand National Rally here in Auckland.
