Special Event: HOG Parade Night 

Western Springs Speedway

We have a chance to showcase our bikes for Motorcycle Tribute Night at Western Springs Speedway thanks to our very own Greg Joynt who is also the Western Springs Race Director. 

The timeline and outline of the event is as follows:

Riders to assemble at the Pt Chevalier McDonalds, ready to go at 4:30pm. Greg will arrive and lead the short ride into the Stadium - we must be inside the stadium/pit area before 4:45pm when the race cars start moving about for warm ups. Our parking/display area will be inside the main turnstile entrance. Rider and pillion will be free entry and we will need around 20-25 bikes.

The plan is to use the bikes as a parade to pillion out the drivers for one of the feature races (20 drivers). We will need to assemble a few races before in the pit lane (call on the timing will be made on the night).

If you would like to attend but are not comfortable riding on the race track or carrying a passenger, that is ok, your bike can remain in the display area.

Ideally if we could get one bike for each of the 20 drivers would be great. If we have a few more they can follow as part of the Parade Lap.

Note: this is a "Closed Ride" which means it is only open to current HOG Auckland Chapter Members or, by invitation, current members of other HOG Chapters.
